Easy Black Bean Tacos for Family Taco Night

Taco night just got easier! A Build Your Own Family Meal

These Easy Black Bean Tacos are one of my favorite kinds of family meals: everyone can build their own taco with the ingredients they enjoy.

Instead of making separate meals to satisfy different tastes, put everything on the table and let each family member choose what goes into their taco. Black beans, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and fresh lime come together for a colorful, flavorful meal—and everyone gets to make it their own.

That’s the beauty of this family meal, you don’t have to serve the exact same plate to everyone. You can offer a variety of nutritious foods and let each person decide what and how much they want to eat.

And the best part? These tacos come together in minutes, making them a perfect option for a busy weeknight when you want something simple, nourishing, and family friendly.
